Mount disk image

mount -oloop,offset=1048576 image.img /mnt/destination

offset offset (to partition) in bytes

Mount CIFS network share

mount -ousername=user,noperm //192.168.2.2/share /mnt/mountpoint

noperm client does not do permission checks
